Dr Julia Rhodes is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She undertook her Dermatology training in Victoria, and has worked at hospitals including St Vincent’s Hospital, the Royal Melbourne Hospital, and the Skin Health Institute. She is a visiting consultant dermatologist at the Alfred Hospital and the Skin Health Institute, and is the Secretary of the Victorian Faculty of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Dr Rhodes achieved the joint overall highest mark in Australia in her final dermatology examinations, and was awarded the prestigious Australasian College of Dermatologists Traveling Fellowship Award, as well as the Ken Paver Medal for Medical Dermatology. She was also awarded the Florance Bequest Fellowship, which enabled her to travel to world-renowned dermatology centres in the United States to further her interest in complex medical dermatology, including the Mayo Clinic.

Dr Rhodes is dedicated to her patients and the provision of friendly, personalised and holistic dermatologic care. Her interests include the management of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, excess sweating and skin cancer.
